Welcome Ellie - Our New Youth Lead!
Hi I am Ellie Benniman, I am working with Live Well as a Youth Community Connector. I hope to meet with young people in and around Braunton to better understand their needs, to understand what activities would improve their day-to-day lives, PLUS I am also keen to find young people interesting volunteering opportunities. Don't forget volunteering is work experience and can be used on a CV and UCAS application forms! If you are a young person, or parent/guardian/friend of a young person who is looking to get involved in the community who would like to make new friends and try new things; OR if you are an agency/group/charity who offers up interesting activities for young people, please do get in touch with me at youthlivewellinbraunton@gmail.com.
Our first Live Well youth project for the New Year will be beat/house-music making sessions with the DAISI project so if this sounds up your street, let me know! There will be 2 x 2hr sessions for small groups. Limited places available so if this sounds up your street, let me know. More details below!
