At Live Well in Braunton, we are thrilled to share the incredible success of the Braunton Community Garden!
Thanks to our dedicated team of volunteers, we have transformed a huge portion of the garden, creating a vibrant, welcoming space that benefits everyone in our community.
Over the past months, our volunteers have worked tirelessly to bring new life to the garden, adding wheelchair-accessible beds to ensure it’s a space for all. We've also grown and harvested a variety of delicious fruits and vegetables, which have been sold for donations, supporting the garden's growth and sustainability.
We’ve hosted two fantastic open days, welcoming community members to explore the garden, learn about our projects, and discover the joys of gardening. The open days were a hit, bringing people together, fostering connections, and sharing the bounty of our harvest.
But this is just the beginning!
There’s so much more in store for the Braunton Community Garden. We’re planning new initiatives to engage even more community members, expand our gardening efforts, and continue building our incredible team of volunteers – our "green army." Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just looking to lend a hand, there’s a place for you in our garden.
Join us as we continue to grow, blossom, and cultivate a space that truly embodies the spirit of community. Together, we can create a beautiful, sustainable garden for all to enjoy.
Interested in getting involved? We’d love to hear from you!
